Democracy

Hellooo

So here are the rest of the assignments: democracy, detour, a self portrait redo, and the final.

I worked on the final a little, but mostly worked on redoing the self portrait from our first assignment of the semester.

Hi everyone,

Here is my portrait. I used the feedback from class and decided to sharpen the face and the food more than anything else on the canvas to show importance. I tried to keep the background loose and let the red underpainting show through a little.

World Record Piece, Longest Rabbit Ears

This piece also needs some added text, but the illustration itself is done. 

Dancing to Music

So this piece still isn't done, although I'm making good progress. I finally think I worked out the anatomy pretty well. I plan to work out the tones, light and shadow in paint and then add pastel pencil to the final layers.

Dream Job

This is my dream job final. I did the final touches in Photoshop. Haven't put in the font yet, but I'm thinking yellow would look nice.

Hi Paul, finally got this to work! I am about 98% complete, still want to adjust the hair color and touch up the shirt collar. I will get a better picture when I re-post as this one is pretty blurry. Any other suggestions?
