I like the second one where the image is bigger and the text of the title is jumbled, which seems just right here. I might make the image take up less space on the page, leaving a bit more room for text, like the other sketch does.
I like all the items inside the intestines, the scale of things is unimportant. Have fun with the color, and I would say one color you should avoid altogether is.....brown.
